This Privacy Policy explains how Iron Rod Digital Solutions, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.shopreviewer.net (the “Site”). It also explains the choices available to you regarding that information.
1. Who is responsible for your information
- Company: Iron Rod Digital Solutions, LLC
- Registered address: 732 South 6th Street, Suite R, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, USA
- Telephone: +1 (916) 719-8324
- Email: contact@shopreviewer.net
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you contact us by email, or submit a comment or an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to include — typically your name, your email address, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and the third-party services described below may automatically receive:
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- your browser type and version, operating system, and device type;
- the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, and the links you click, including links to third-party retailers;
- the referring website or advertisement that brought you here;
- identifiers stored in cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, payment card details, government identification numbers, or health records. Purchases take place on the retailer’s own website, not on ours.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (including pixels, tags, and local storage) for four purposes: to make the Site function, to measure how it is used, to measure and improve the performance of our advertising, and to attribute affiliate referrals.
Your choice. A cookie notice is presented when you arrive. Analytics and advertising cookies may be set when you begin browsing, and you may decline them at any time through that notice, which also lets you withdraw a choice you made earlier. You can additionally block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Declining analytics and advertising cookies does not prevent you from reading the Site.
4. Third-party services we use
Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. We use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the results of advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram and to build audiences for it. The Pixel records events such as a page view or a click on a link to a retailer. We also use the Meta Conversions API, which sends comparable event information to Meta from our server rather than from your browser. Depending on the event, the information transmitted may include your IP address, your browser user agent, the page you were on, a Meta-issued cookie identifier, and — where you have given it to us — a hashed version of your email address. Meta processes that information as described in its own Privacy Policy and Business Tools Terms. You can manage how Meta uses off-platform activity in your Meta account settings.
Google Analytics and Google services. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used in aggregate. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address and browsing activity on the Site. See Google’s Privacy Policy; you may opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.
Affiliate networks and merchants. When you click a link to a retailer or brand, that company and its affiliate network may set a cookie or record the referral in order to attribute a resulting sale to us. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Hosting, security, and performance. Our hosting, security, and caching providers process server logs, including IP addresses, in order to deliver the Site and to protect it against attacks and abuse.
5. How we use information
- to operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- to respond to your messages and enquiries;
- to measure how the Site is used and to improve our content;
- to measure, target, and improve our advertising;
- to attribute affiliate referrals and to verify the commissions owed to us;
- to detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse;
- to comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share information with the service providers described in section 4 so that they can perform those functions for us. Under some United States state privacy laws, using advertising services such as the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information for targeted advertising purposes; you may opt out through our cookie notice, as described in section 3. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
7. Data retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep a record of it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings of the providers named in section 4.
8. Your rights
Residents of United States states with privacy laws, including California. Subject to the conditions of the applicable law, you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, request that we correct or delete it, and opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and other jurisdictions with comparable laws. Our advertising is directed at audiences in the United States and Latin America, but if you are reading this from a jurisdiction that grants you rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection over your personal data, we will honour a valid request on the same terms.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@shopreviewer.net with enough detail for us to identify the information in question. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not direct the Site to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and the providers we use may process information in the United States and in other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed there.
11. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made evident on the Site.
